The first thing you need to decide is the size you want for your wedding album. We offer square albums in sizes 8×8, 10×10 & 12×12, 12×12 is the most popular. The albums can range from 20 to 50 pages, our most popular option is 30 pages. The next step is choosing your favourite photos, you can also skip this step and let me choose for you. I have designed many albums and I adore this process, so if you’re busy, or finding it hard to decide which photos to include, let me do it for you.
I will then design the layout of the album, keeping in mind to include as many of the photos you have selected. It is important however to leave some breathing room so if you want to add more images, it’s best to add extra pages other than pilling many small images in one page.
The next step is the most fun, choosing from various cover materials and colours for your album. Many couples choose a similar colour to their wedding palette or the same colour of the bridesmaid’s dress. There are many pastel colours, autumnal colours, and the classic Black and Browns.
The last step is deciding on what writing to include on the cover. A popular option is to include both First Names and the wedding date underneath. Or, The initials and location of the wedding. You can also just have a phrase on it. You will be able to choose from many different font options depending on the selected cover material and personalisations such as debasing, embossing, laser etching, and my favourites palladium and 22ct gold ink.
Debossing
Also known as blind blocking or stamping, but the same magical process. This method imprints letters into the cover without ink or foil. It’s an elegant, texture finish.
Laser engraving
To engrave your text or logo, a highly accurate laser removes the material’s top layer to reveal its natural hues beneath.
Cover printing
The latest personalisation technique, but it can achieve either a modern or classic look. Can be printed directly onto most materials in either black or white ink.
Foil blocking
A really eye-catching finish. As with debossing, the letters are imprinted into the material, and metallic foil is pressed into the indentation.
22 carat gold
Nothing scrams luxury like 22 carat gold lettering and logos. This option looks amazing with any colour cover.
Palladium
This lustrous silvery-white metal looks heavenly on our leather-like covers and can be used for either lettering or logos.
Handcrafted Matted Albums, the prints are expertly mounted beneath precision-cut beveled mats of conservation grade.
Each aperture becomes a window through which the viewer can take time to fully appreciate images in turn.
Each page consists of six, hand-assembled layers, measuring a substantial 2.5mm in thickness.
The albums lie flat and are trimmed flush for a perfect finish.

Kraft Cardboard Boxes are made from 80 per cent recycled material and 20 per cent from FSC sources.
The way they’re produced, transported, and stored cuts down on waste as far as possible.
Clamshell Boxes take their name from an old book-binding technique and can be ordered as an upgrade for both our Fine Art Books and Matted Albums.
The boxes have a nice structural flow with a hinged lid connected to the base.
This is a more luxurious option to keep your album clean and dust free while being hassle free.
